1. Be a gentleman during our correspondence, if you attempt to engage in inappropriate  dialogue your emails will be deleted and blocked. 2. I understand that circumstances  may arise. If you anticipate arriving late please let me know as soon as you are aware. If  you must cancel, then please give notice because cancellations made within 24 hours of  the appointment are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. 3. Upon arrival please place  your pre-counted unsealed envelope in plain view within the first 3-5 minutes. If we are  meeting in a public space,  please place the envelope in a gift bag, book (I love books on  architectural design!) or inside a greeting card. 4. I am happy to allow you to shower at  my place and always keep a supply of mouthwash, unscented or scented body wash, and  fresh linens for you. 5. Don't be shy. If you are unsure about whether something is okay  or have questions that aren't answered on my site, please ask. 6. Lastly, discretion is of  the utmost importance. Our time together is private, therefore I ask that you refrain from  discussing the details of our encounters on public forums or review boards. I am  comfortable signing a non disclosure agreement if requested and take extreme caution and  care to ensure that your information is always kept secure and confidential, so I ask that  you please do the same with mine. xo
